# What is FaxIQ (Dr. Bot)? Pricing, free trial, and how to turn it off

**FaxIQ** (shown as Dr. Bot in some places) is our built-in AI assistant for your faxes. It can:

- Read and summarize incoming faxes.
- Pull out the key details — who sent it, important dates, and what is being asked.
- Help you triage and act on faxes faster.

**Trying it and pricing**

- FaxIQ is an **optional add-on**, separate from your fax plan. Your faxing works exactly the same with or without it.
- You can try it free, and it is also offered as a one-time lifetime add-on. For current pricing, check your account or just ask us.

**Started a trial by accident, or don't want it?**

- You can turn FaxIQ off in your account settings at any time.
- If you were charged or simply want it removed, reply to support and we will switch it off and make sure you are not billed. We never want a surprise charge — we will always make it right.
