Is AvoFax HIPAA compliant? BAA and Secure plans

<p><strong>Which plan do I need?</strong></p>
<ul><li>If you send or receive protected health information, choose a Secure plan (the monthly Secure plan or the lifetime Community Secure plan). The Secure plans are the HIPAA ready tiers.</li><li>The Pro plans are great for general business faxing that does not involve protected health information.</li></ul>
<p><strong>How to sign your BAA</strong> (it takes about a minute):</p>
<ol><li>When you go to send your first fax, you are prompted to review and sign the BAA right on the screen.</li><li>Review the agreement, add your signature, and you are done.</li><li>A signed copy is saved to your account under <a href="https://app.avofax.com/settings/legal">Legal Documents</a>, where you can download it any time.</li></ol>
