Add team members and additional numbers
<p>AvoFax works for solo users and for teams.</p>
<p><strong>Add team members</strong></p>
<ol><li>Open <a href="https://app.avofax.com/settings/workspace/members">Team Members</a>.</li><li>Invite a teammate by email. They get their own login.</li><li>The number of seats you can add depends on your plan. If you need more seats than your plan includes, you can add them.</li></ol>
<p><strong>Why add users</strong></p>
<ul><li>Each person gets their own login, so you have a clear record of who sent or viewed each fax. This is useful for audit and compliance.</li></ul>
<p><strong>Add more numbers</strong></p>
<ul><li>Open <a href="https://app.avofax.com/settings/workspace/numbers">Phone Numbers</a>.</li><li>Add another number for a small monthly add on per number. This is great for separate departments or locations.</li></ul>
