Add team members and additional numbers

AvoFax works for solo users and for teams.

Add team members

1. Open Team Members.
2. Invite a teammate by email. They get their own login.
3. The number of seats you can add depends on your plan. If you need more seats than your plan includes, you can add them.

Why add users

• Each person gets their own login, so you have a clear record of who sent or viewed each fax. This is useful for audit and compliance.

Add more numbers

• Open Phone Numbers.
• Add another number for a small monthly add on per number. This is great for separate departments or locations.
