Manage your billing, upgrades, and cancellation

<p>You are always in control of your plan and billing.</p>

<p><strong>See and manage your plan</strong></p>

<ul><li>Open <a href="https://app.avofax.com/settings/workspace/billing">Billing</a>.</li><li>Here you can view your current plan, update your card, see your renewal or reset date, and add capacity.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Upgrade or change plans</strong></p>

<ul><li>You can move from Pro to Secure at any time when you need HIPAA features and a BAA. Start from <a href="https://app.avofax.com/settings/workspace/billing">Billing</a>.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Cancellation and refunds</strong></p>

<ul><li>You can cancel from Billing. If you do not see the option or you need help, contact us and we will take care of it.</li><li>If you signed up through the iPhone or Android app, your subscription is managed by the app store on your device, so cancel it there.</li></ul>

<p>If anything about a charge looks wrong, reach out before disputing it. We respond quickly and will always make it right.</p>
