What is FaxIQ (Dr. Bot)? Pricing, free trial, and how to turn it off

FaxIQ (shown as Dr. Bot in some places) is our built-in AI assistant for your faxes. It can:

• Read and summarize incoming faxes.
• Pull out the key details — who sent it, important dates, and what is being asked.
• Help you triage and act on faxes faster.

Trying it and pricing

• FaxIQ is an optional add-on, separate from your fax plan. Your faxing works exactly the same with or without it.
• You can try it free, and it is also offered as a one-time lifetime add-on. For current pricing, check your account or just ask us.

Started a trial by accident, or don't want it?

• You can turn FaxIQ off in your account settings at any time.
• If you were charged or simply want it removed, reply to support and we will switch it off and make sure you are not billed. We never want a surprise charge — we will always make it right.
