How do I change my account email address?

Need to change the email on your account — maybe you signed up with a typo, or used a different address than you meant to? We can take care of it for you.

• Email support at support@avofax.com from either your old or new address, and tell us the email you would like to use. We update your login email, and your plan, fax number, and full history all carry over unchanged.
• Signed in with Apple ("Hide My Email")? Apple may have created a private relay address (ending in privaterelay.appleid.com) instead of your real one. That is fine — tell us the email you actually want to use and we will set it, so you can log in from any device with a normal email and password.
• For your security, we may confirm a detail on the account before making the change.

This is also the fix if you did not get a confirmation email after signing up because the address was mistyped — just let us know the correct one.
