How to remove the AvoFax ad page (and QR code) from your faxes

By default, AvoFax adds a one page AvoFax ad to the faxes you send, plus a small QR code in the corner of the last page. Your recipients see these, and you can turn them off in a few seconds.

Turn off the full-page ad

Open Fax Branding settings: app.avofax.com/settings/workspace/branding
Turn off the toggle labeled Full-page AvoFax ad.

Every fax you send after that goes out without the extra page.

Remove the small QR code (optional)

On the same Fax Branding screen, turn off the separate toggle for the small QR code that appears in the corner of the last page.

Good to know

This is a workspace wide setting, not tied to a specific number. Once you turn it off, it stays off, including for a number you are porting in, after the port completes.
The change applies to every fax you send going forward.
